Tungsten carbide bur RA are 3 times stiffer than steel. Because Tungsten Carbide is such a hard material, it is able to maintain sharpness, making it a highly effective cutting tool.
Carbide burs cut and chip away the tooth structure rather than grinding as diamond burs do, this leaves a much smoother finish.
Delivers minimal vibration when subjected to the rotational speeds of the dental hand-piece and maximizes performance and procedural comfort.
Shank length are 22mm,FG Standard shank diameter 1.6mm.
1. Shaping fissure on a variety of materials. Used on gold, composite veneers or ceramics prior to final firing, they always display convincing cutting proper and an impressively long service life.
2. Prophylaxis and oral surgery; Preparation of cavities; removal of old fillings; treatment of filings; preparation of crowns.
3. Also used as engraving bits, carving bits.
4. Fit to high speed FG dental handpiece, high speed engraver, Turbo Carver® tool and also Dremel® and Foredom® tool with a 1/16" collet.
