For high-speed sanding, blue standard handles are recommended, whereas red or yellow handles are suggested for light sanding.
Tungsten steel is one of the hard alloys.
In recent years, the comprehensive cost of tungsten steel has been rising again and again. There have been many products on the market that use high-speed steel grinding heads with relatively low hardness in high-carbide alloys to impersonate tungsten steel grinding heads, making it difficult to promote tungsten steel products and be recognized and accepted by customers.
Let’s explain the characteristics of the two here: High-speed steel products are low-cost and can generally be purchased for five or six yuan, but their hardness is one level lower than tungsten steel, and their durability is nearly 10 times lower than that of tungsten steel. Its service life and hardness are not as good as tungsten steel products.
Tungsten steel products imported from abroad generally cost more than 70 or 80 yuan, while domestic tungsten steel products cost more than 10 yuan as the cost of tungsten steel has increased in recent years.
All of our Dianfeng products are export-oriented. The material used for the head is 100% tungsten steel, which is durable and hard. All are very high.
