Stone and Jade Carving

Metal Grinding

Mechanical Part Finishing

1. Chamfering, rounding, and grooving of various mechanical parts, pipeline cleaning, and precision finishing of inner hole surfaces of mechanical parts.
2. Can be mounted on suspended grinders, electric grinders, pneumatic engraving pens, Korean grinders, and other machines for engraving and grinding.

Important Notes

• The 2.35mm shank sintered grinding head should not be used on CNC engraving machines. For CNC-specific sintered grinding heads, please consult us separately. Almost all hard materials are grindable.

Tips:

The smaller the mesh number, the coarser the diamond grit, resulting in faster grinding; the larger the mesh number, the finer the grit, leading to slower grinding.

• Coarse grit sintered grinding heads result in a rougher finish, while fine grit provides a smoother finish.
• Actual product color may vary from the images due to photographic effects. As hardware tools are not clothing, color variations do not affect the quality of use.
• Always use with water cooling.
• When using the 2.35mm shank, please do not exceed a pressure of 1KG and a rotation speed of 20,000 rpm.
