How do I request a quote?
Add the products you need to your quote list and submit it, or simply send us the models and quantities through the contact form. Our sales team will come back with wholesale pricing and availability within one business day.
Can I request free samples?
Yes. Samples are free for a value of up to US$10 — you only cover the courier cost. And once you place a formal order, whatever you paid on samples is deducted from that order. Tell us which models you’d like to test.
What is the MOQ?
Each product page shows its MOQ in the product details, so just open the product you are interested in. Not sure, or planning a mixed order? Ask our sales team — small first orders are welcome.
How long does production take?
In-stock items usually ship within 48 hours. For out-of-stock or custom production, lead time depends on quantity — typically one to two weeks.
Do you support private label packaging?
Yes. We run OEM and private-label projects with no MOQ — your brand, your packaging, our manufacturing. See the OEM / Private label page or talk to our sales team about your project.
Which shipping carriers are available?
